…in our family-home – a traditional italian Rustico!

In four years, we - the Brenner family - put a lot of time and passion into the modernization of this traditional house. In June 2019, we finally finished our dream home.

We achieved to keep many original parts (stone walls, wooden beams, doors, …) while providing the best possible living comfort with new floors, windows, doors, and heating. All furniture is made by well-known manufacturers from Germany, Italy and Belgium.

You will find in our house four bedrooms for a total of eight people, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, several terraces, a outdoor pool and a cozy taverna - just to name a few highlights. From almost all places they have a fantastic view of the mountain and lake landscape of the Lago di Como.

Our house is situated in the picturesque mountain village of Semnago-San Martino, with small streets, old rusticos and a church on the village square. Our house can be reached via a footpath in about 4 minutes from a public car park. That small extra effort on arrival is rewarded by a absolutely quiet environment without any traffic noise.
