Booking
Minimum stay & arrival day
We rent our house to guests for a minimum stay of 7 days. Arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Check-in is possible after 16:00, we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 10:00 at your departure day.
Rental rates
The rental prices are per week and include the final cleaning and an energy fee for all operating costs during the stay.

* Please note that the pool cannot be used and is closed during early spring and late autumn.
Booking discount
For a booking of 14 days at a time we grant a discount of 10 %.
Deposit
With the booking a deposit of 750,- € is due. In the case of damage to the house or inventory and in case of very heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge the damage incurred with the deposit.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 40 days before the stay, 20% of the total rental price must be paid. If canceled up to 14 days before the stay, 50% of the total rental price must be paid.
