On a small gallery in front of the bedrooms you will find a small workplace with a desk and a swivel chair. Again, you have a magnificent view of the surroundings and the pool. In our small guest library you will find books for every taste.

Bathroom

Next to the stairway, you'll find a luxurious bathroom with porcelain tiles, a walk-in rainforest shower with hand shower, a toilet and a vanity with sink and heated mirror.

Bedroom

(Second Floor)

A high-quality box spring bed with a lying area of 160x200cm offers you the best possible sleeping comfort. In addition, you will find two bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 26" flat screen with satellite TV.

Terrace

Enjoy the fantastic view from the roof-free terrace on the Lago Como or in the starry sky - preferably from the two deck chairs. A small table and three chairs provide additional seating.

In the second bedroom you sleep on a four-poster bed with 160x200cm. In addition, you will find again two bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 26 "flat screen with satellite TV.

First floor

The bathroom on the first floor was built identical to the bathroom on the second floor: You will also find fine stone tiles, a walk-in rain forest shower with hand shower, a toilet and a vanity with sink and heated mirror.

As in the overlying bedroom on the second floor you will find a high-quality box spring bed with a bed surface of 160x200cm. Again, there are two bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a dresser and a 26" flat screen with satellite TV.

Covered terrace

From the covered terrace you overlook the Lago Como. A small table, four chairs and a lounge chair provide plenty of seating.
